Liquid diet update

My liquid diet has been going pretty well. After yesterday afternoon, I ate a little bit of solid food but kept the evening liquid. I have been trying to mix up the recipes, but it has been hard to find variety because I am trying to keep it low calorie and low fiber. Almost all of my recipes have included soy milk and whey protein. Monday's lunch: 3/4 cup soy milk + 2 cups water + 1/2 scoop whey (I threw all my chocolate and vanilla together so it is like a milk chocolate powder) + 1/3 banana

** I used the same recipe as above for 2 drinks on Sunday

Monday's dinner: 3/4 cup soy milk + 2 cups water + 1/2 scoop whey+ 2 strawberries

Tuesday's breakfast: 1 cup orange juice + 1 cup water + 2 strawberries + 1/2 scoop whey

Tuesday's lunch: 1 cup decaf coffee + 1 cup water + 1 cup chocolate soy + 1/2 scoop whey

Tuesday's dinner : 1 cup soy + 1 packet of Peter Rabbit Organic Mango Orange Banana
