  • Both! This program is designed so individual athletes can go through the lessons and tools at their own pace, and entire teams can implement it together.

    Whether you’re a solo athlete looking to sharpen your edge or a coach aiming to raise the standard for your whole team, the program adapts to both.

  • The program runs for 6 months, with structured lessons, resources, and live touchpoints depending on the tier.

  • Each lesson is 5–10 minutes, paired with worksheets, assignments, and assessments inside Google Classroom to reinforce learning.

  • The Mid-Season Live Call (included in Fundamentals) is a Q&A format where athletes submit questions in advance. Mastery includes two additional calls: one tailored for athletes, one specifically for coaches.

  • Through Google Classroom comments, optional add-ons like Match Review, and live call discussions.

  • Recordings are made available after the session so no one misses out.

  • The coach is not charged, and is included for FREE with the purchase of a team package of 10+ athletes.
