Who This is For

LuchaFit Wrestling Club is built for middle school and high school girls with at least two years of wrestling experience who are serious about improving in a focused training environment.

The club is designed to complement your athlete’s current training, not replace it. Wrestlers are encouraged to continue training with their school teams and other clubs.


Practice Schedule

Practice times are typically 2x/week. Day and time availability shifts from week to week, so look at the full schedule below.

Sundays: 3:00–4:30 PM
Tuesdays: 6:00–7:30 PM

Submit the application and waiver below to be considered for the club. If accepted, you will receive a payment link to activate your membership.

*Note: Participants must complete form and waiver in order to participate in FREE practices.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • No problem, we’ll see you at the next one. Membership covers the entire month of training, not individual practices.

  • Yes. One drop-in practice is allowed. Please arrange it with Coach Katherine ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.

  • Membership renews monthly.
    If you need to cancel, please provide written notice at least one week before your next billing date.

  • Practices will run through Fargo in July. After Fargo, we’ll take a short break and evaluate programming for the fall.

  • We don’t offer membership pauses. If you anticipate being unavailable, you can cancel with one week notice before your next billing cycle and rejoin later.

  • Yes. All athletes must have an active membership with USA Wrestling before participating in practice. This ensures athletes are covered under the organization’s secondary accident insurance during sanctioned club activities and allows the club to operate under its charter. A membership also makes athletes eligible to compete in USA Wrestling tournaments at the local, state, and national levels.
